Changes here apply system-wide to late cancellations, no-shows, and the Student Portal policy notice.
Example: 48 hours means a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the appointment is considered late. A normal cancellation outside the window has no late-cancellation fee.

These limits apply only to student self-scheduling. Admin/staff manual scheduling is unchanged.
Adult Driving
Teen Driving / Observation
Student Portal always allows a maximum of one driving/observation session per calendar day. Week = Monday through Sunday.
Open Booking: students may book future weeks up to each week's limit.
System Processing: once the current booking allowance is reached, more booking is held until completed sessions are processed by the system.

Adult Driving Lesson: 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Visible only to Adult students.
Students with an unpaid balance will see the slots but cannot book them.

Create a repeating block of instructor open slots in one step. Existing appointments and overlapping slots can be skipped automatically.

The final lesson may finish after the daily end time as long as that lesson starts before the end-time boundary.
A lesson may finish after this time if its start time is still before this boundary.
Use 0 for back-to-back lessons. Example: 5 gives a 5-minute break after every slot.

If an instructor has no availability entered at all, they are treated as available anytime. Once you add any availability for that instructor, those saved days and times become the instructor’s restricted working schedule. Each instructor has one working-time range per day. Saving a day again updates that day’s existing hours.

How it works
